First time ordering food from Shannon's Cafe on Friday evening for dinner...we picked up our order.

The lovely lady who answered the phone was friendly, bubbly, happy, polite, patient & helpful.

We ordered the cheesy garlic bread, 300gr Angus scotch fillet steak, double stack chicken parmi, sticky date pudding & top deck cheesecake.

The Angus scotch fillet steak was a top quality cut that was absolutely delicious, tender & cooked perfect medium rare.

The double stack parmi was good quality real chicken breast that was cooked perfectly crispy on the outside but tender (not dry) on the inside & the toppings were very delicious & generous.

The cheesy garlic bread, chips, salad & gravy were all very yummy & generous.

They had absolutely no problems with adjusting my salad request of no green leaves.

Both the homemade top deck cheesecake & sticky date pudding were extremely scrumptious & a decent serving size.

I will definitely be eating & ordering more delicious food from Shannon's Cafe in the near future.

I'm thinking that the big breakfast might be the next thing on my list to try....along with the dominator burger, steak sandwich, sausage rolls & pies.

Would be great to be able to order the big breakfast, sausage rolls & pies for dinner as well 😉

Great job Shannon's Cafe...keep up the awesome work...honestly some of the best food I've ever eaten...not only in Colac but also in a lot of other places/suburbs/towns as well...highly recommended.

Be mindful of the big guy with beard.....never saw such an unpolite staff....seems he got some attitude problems....accidentally picked the lunch menu which annoyed him for no reason....such a rude behaviour....not from someone in hospitality....please be mindful guys

Just wanted to respond on your view that his behaviour was not rude..that is purely your perception and I appreciate it...my daughter who felt it was rude and she forced me to leave without ordering anything....I didn't respond on the spot because I don't want to give a bad example infront of my daughter...I hope writing here would help future patrons if they happen to read the reviews especially the ones who are not local. Having a pleasant gesture doesn't harm anyone....
