Steere Street Deli — Restaurant in Collie

We ordered 2 pizzas from here tonight and were told to pick up in 30 mins. That was fine, I ordered them at 5pm thinking it would be about a 30 minute wait. However the $40 worth of pizzas were burnt to a cinder. With 2 tired, hungry kids under 4 years old we didn't have time to demand they remake them. I sent my husband back in to show them the pizzas but the 12 year old on the checkout didn't know how to handle it. She obviously hadn't been trained in customer service. She said they had a new pizza chef and would let her know. If you have a wood fired pizza oven, teach the "chef" how to use it. If you wouldn't want to eat a burnt pizza, your customers won't...

Bloody awful as usual, been before a while back thought I would give them another chance, even worse than before. The girl behind the counter showed total lack of interest when questioned about order, ordered two hamburgers with the lot got two stale buns with a some sort of dead dried up animal matter and some limp soggy lettuce, was told they didn't have any egg, bacon, beetroot or onion which normally comes with the "lot". "Oh we meant to ring you but forgot but you can still pay full price for this burger abomination" ... The staff have definately had a charisma bypass,...

Yes always pretty good service & friendly this morning when i asked price of bread from out of town $6.50 ok yesterday when I purchased a loaf was charged $8 by a little old lady with glasses whom is supposed to be the supervisor well mabey you need to get new glasses ...
