Forrest French Hot Bread — Restaurant in Collie

Driving through Collie today I remembered years ago I had enjoyed food from this bakery so headed there hoping for the same experience. I can honestly say today’s experience was even better than last time, I had the veggie pie, delicious, my partner the potato pie, with real potato and according to her the best she has ever had. We spoilt ourselves with a couple of fruit buns for the drive, so good we nearly went back but had traveled through to Wagin so not practical. Was looking for somewhere to eat in Collie, saw this bakery on the main strip and decided to give it a try. Got myself a satay chicken pie for $4.50 and it was simply delicious. (Nice texture to the pastry and wasnt too flakey as to go bloody everywhere, also the filling was scrumptious)

This shop also sells breads, drinks, burgers, various asian-looking dishes that all looks very tasty. If you're headed through Collie and feel like some baked goods definitely drop...

Food is very acceptable for a basic fast food/ deli. Counter staff were prompt and friendly. Prices were reasonable.
