Paul's Cafe — Restaurant in Crookwell

Due to being "busy and short-staffed" they declined my request to customise my burger and remove tomato. BUT, they were more than happy to customise my burger by adding cheese at cost (as long as they were making money). Please make that make sense. Bottom-line, they are LAZY and have poor customer service.

Their food is poor quality, oily, greasy, over-cooked or under-cooked and either OVERLY salted or completely UNDERSALTED. They have no consistency. The experience with them was a complete mess.

To add to it. They messed up our order and charged us for a burger that we requested but "forgot to make it". Simply not good enough.

Never a issue with Anna lovely women shortage of spuds I get it only allowing one order per family of small chips my ex went in and ordered his I then went in and order mine she said she was not going to serve my family all night chips it would he unfair firstly the man doesn't live with me anymore he ordered his chips and I went and ordered mine separately.. to be spoken down to like that was embrassing and then to say sorry to people be because what I did was unfair ... two different people from two different households so don't see whaT ws done wrong by myself I shouldn't have to explain myself in public of my relationship status to buy chips from basically the only fish and chip shop in...

Your old fashioned milk bar with coffees, milkshakes, chiko rolls, potato scallops, hamburgers made from scratch, hot chips etc. The highlight was the roaring wood fire and lovely, welcoming service. A past Australian Idol, Mariah K, is based here. Coffee was not incredible (tasted a bit bitter, wouldn’t get one from here again), but was made up for by wonderful family running the business and journey into another time, with visiting this quaint cafe.
