Dear Cafe 63, When I went to this store, I really felt that this place was going to be amazing. As soon as I went in a young lady went up to me and just angrily took me to my table, I was shell-shocked as what I have witnessed. I sat down with my fiancée wondering what just happened, we waited for about an hour or so and got no service. I then independently walked up to the counter and immediately asked "Where is my food", the young boy and the counter was confused and just stood there. I had no idea what was going on as it looked like he was daydreaming, he then came back with another worker as she just stared at me and said, "What do you want?'. A young lady then came up to me and finally asked what I would like. When I went to the front counter they told me someone would come to our table and then they forgot about us - I suggest a QR code on the table so people can order in a timely manner. The flavour and quality of the food is good and decent value; however on another visit, every plate had to be sent back, plate 1 didn’t get their bacon, plate 2 didn’t get eggs and plate 3 didn’t get any raspberries as per our order. I hope things improve and this...
