Subway — Restaurant in Dalby

The only reason I keep going back here is because it's Subway, and when you want Subway, you want Subway. If this was a small no-name cafe for example, there is no way I'd ever give them my business again. Rude and condescending staff, sloppy AF subs - without fail always have to ask them to make it properly, and even then they are still messy and so stingy with salads (I'm talking 1-2inches of naked bread at the ends) - and the attitude you get after asking them to fix it literally makes you want to slap them, and I'm by no means an easily angered person. There are always flies in the salad bar that the staff make minimal effort to keep away, none of them seem to understand the actual point of wearing gloves nor the concept of cross-contamination, and the manager is just as bad as her staff and does not give a hoot. The only good experiences I've had there have been in the early mornings when a darker-skinned man is working - he is efficient, polite and clean. But he is the only exception to the otherwise consistently terrible experience at this Subway. I normally will always walk away not even wanting to eat because the stress they cause kills my appetite. Ugh, even just reliving the memories to write this review makes me want to go...

Customer service is terrible. I asked for the original sub dog. The lady with the long fake eye lashes and long black hair started making the wrong one, added olives and onion - I said I’m sorry I asked for the original one which doesn’t have olives or onion, she took off some but didn’t put the effort in to take it all off and I said I’m so sorry but my daughter is autistic, she won’t eat it if there is any olives and onion on there.. she removed it all, however didn’t say a word. Didn’t say sorry, didn’t smile. I apologised and said I’m so sorry I put you in a bad mood, I didn’t mean to but my 3 year old wouldn’t eat it… still not a word. I’ve never ever in my life had customer service...

Come in today to get a subway sandwich, and the young girl behind the counter making the sandwich , dropped one of the chicken schnitzel’s after taking it from the oven or microwave to heat it up and put it in the sub she was making for me, because i was on the phone at the time watching her she thought I didn’t notice that she had put it in the subway sandwich . I then told her that had dropped on the ground . She said pardon? Then I repeated my self then she said she had swapped it with another one. Total lie so i left the unopened drink i had in my hand on the counter and left . No way i was eating that off the ground . ( poor...
