Never experienced the level of insult and racism before in my entire life. Visited store for pick up(ubereats) food. When I entered the customer was infront of till so I walked besides the till and immediately a guy from kitchen called me and said come in and wash the dishes very rude and sarcastically. Confused me keep telling I’m here for ubereats food pick up he kept mocking me come and wash dishes, everyone from kitchen, the guy who’s serving and the customer who was in store was laughing at me I still can’t forget the experience I faced today how can you treat a fellow person like this. When I finally when infront for pickup the guy who’s serving was laughing at me continuously on my face. And said never walk besides if you ever do that again you have to wash dishes. Very disrespectful. Obviously never going to walk in again. Please be humble and polite to everyone...

Ordered some catering for an event. Was quoted $40 for pork and $45 for lamb per kilo. Got sent the brochure in an email with the prices and went ahead and ordered 12kgs of shredded meat and gravy. On the night of pick up, my mother picked it all up and it was $200 more than what we expected. She didn't want us to be out of food so just paid for it. When we asked them about it, they said there was a price increase and we were charged the new prices. We showed them what we were quoted and they have just ignored us. We aren't asking for a full refund but just the difference in what we were quoted and the new prices. Really not that much to ask especially when we have proof that we were quoted the 'old prices' only 3 weeks prior. Instead they've received their pay so don't feel a need to...

My order came quick enough but my friend’s order took along time. It was interesting that they insisted that I pick up on food at the front counter when I was already at the side counter. The food was average. I finished my lunch before my friend’s lunch was ready. I ordered crackling with mine and raised it with the gentleman who was manning the counter that it appeared that they may have forgotten my cracking. He had a look at my box and said that I ordered cheese and not cracking and to pay extra if I wanted crackling. I did not wish to argue or pay extra for I already ordered and paid for so I didn’t pursue it further. However, I paid attention to my box later and I was right. It was a relatively unpleasant.
