Wagonga Coffee Culture — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

First off I'd like to clarify that I was a long time customer of Wagonga Coffee. For many years in fact. A couple of months ago I received an order which was very late arriving despite requesting it be sent Express Post as I normally do with every order. When the coffee finally arrived it was clear as to why it took so long to get here. It was sent via regular mail not Express Post. Inside was the invoice as usual but because the coffee took so long to arrive at my local Post Office the due by date on the enclosed invoice had past. I paid the invoice in full on the day I received the coffee and left a comment on their Facebook page saying how much I liked their coffee but was disappointed in the extended delay in getting my order. Yesterday I placed my usual order and received a confirmation email, however later in the day I received another email advising me my order had been declined. No explanation as to why. It appears business is too good at Wagonga Coffee to keep existing customers coming back. Well all I can say is that Wagonga Coffee you've finally received the 1 star review you've worked so hard to get. No apology or...
