I have been visiting the area for a while now and everytime I know I am going to durras north there are 3 things I particularly look forward to doing. Surfing in the crystal clear waters of durras Beach, fishing in the heritage listed lake and sitting on the deck at the durras north Cafe on a gorgeous sunny day participating in a favourite pastime of mine. People watching. Of course I don't do it empty handed. I love sipping on a coffee or two whilst indulging in my absolute favourite meal served here, fish and chips. But hey, enough about me. the shop serves coffee/tea, breakfast, lunch, milkshakes, smoothies, ice, chips, icecreams, chocolates, lollies, bait, fishing gear, prawning nets and lights , milk, bacon, cheese and alot of basic essentials that would save you a trip into town. We were already seated with a very well mannered cocker spaniel. You should have seen where I was supposed to tie us to a sign! Very rude person and obviously a dog hater and that says it all - amen!
