Terrible customer service that left an extremely poor taste in our mouths. After purchasing quite a large dinner order we got home only to find out we didnât receive the entire order. We live 30 minutes out of town so going back wasnât an option. We called lucky seafood and explained our situation only to be verbally attacked by Sharon at the shop. She abruptly told us that we left it on the bench and she was too busy to make sure we received the entire order. Well Sharon, you werenât busy, we were the only people in the store and you handed us two bags. Neither of which had the fish. I understand people make mistakes but you instantly deflected the blame. I observed one of the 3 staff take money from customers, give change from the till then return to cooking food without hand sanitising. Eventually A staff member asked â3 grilled fish and chips? â and handed me my order. After 5 min drive home we were looking forward to our late lunch. Chips were just warm.
