Hands down the worst cafe Iâve ever had breakfast at. We both ordered iced drinks, my partners come in a few minutes but I didnât get mine. Over 20 minutes later my food come out and still no drink so had to ask whatâs going on. Few minutes later it comes out. 5-10 minutes later my partners food then comes out but without the ice cream on top and Iâd practically finished my food by then. Halfway through eating it they bring out some ice cream for it. No good half way through. My breakfast also come with mushrooms which arenât on the description and the bacon was raw in bits so couldnât eat it. There was honestly zero organisation and nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on. They didnât even have someone working the coffee machine despite that being the key part of a cafe⌠everyone was doing abit of everything and was just total chaos. When I went on a weekday it was good but on weekend it is just an absolute disaster. Really need a shake up and to work on organisation. Whether thatâs the staff just being lazy or the manager not taking charge I donât know but wonât be back til they know how to actually run a cafe...
Read moreNice little Cafe, Small local coffee shops are often shocking all round.
Coffee is more than acceptable, food surprised me, was pretty tight for shopping mall cafe.
Oh lord O lord, one of the staff members is the rudest people I have ever met.
A Smaller lady, being served is actually disturbing at times. Can only assume she is a part owner, she is there whenever I pop in and seems to not let other staff use the register.
Sadly they charge extra for things that really should be free, Chips come with no tomato sauce, but costs a $1 extra, with couple other strange things in a similar vane.
Good for a takeaway coffee, Food if you can handle the server. The rudeness level is so high that it's become a treat when I enter. so if you can laugh at the little things drop in. If super rude.people frustrate you stay...
Read moreUnfortunately after having lunch in your cafe today, ordered gluten-free open chicken n bacon burger, I have had serious reaction. đŤ last week your menu was predominantly gluten-free which was great somewhere my husband and I can eat safely. For some reason you have changed your menu to gf option only. With absolutely no thought of your patrons. Instead of having a nice weekend. I'm now very ill. Gluten-free is not a fashion thing. It's a health issue. Last time we will ever eat in your establishment. Luckily I'm not a full blown coeliac as I'd be hospitalised from your carelessness, gfo means all ingredients need to be gluten-free not just the bread, sauces, bacon, butter....
