I'd like to start this by saying my Friday had started on a downer it had been a Friday of let down, stress and crippling depression that would of given robbin Williams a run for his money, But then I went to buger'd pacific pines and was automatically restored life by the service of there front staff lady named Grace who was honestly the brightest and most professional and positive front of house staff member I have had the pleasure of being served by. The back house staff were also clean tidy presented well and professional and boy can they cook a burger to remove the depression. If heath ledger had one of these burger maybe we would still be seeing him as the joker in batman movies. Restaurant was tidy and clean and food came at a great pace even while busy. Management should be as proud of his staff as the world is at the winning contestants of the biggest loser as they are performing to an outstanding point. 10/10 will be coming back like Bruce bogtrotter did with miss trunchablls...

I get a response back apologising and stated they’d advise the staff, which was great, however the person followed with a comment which could be taken as questioning my allergy. I responded detailing my allergy, something I should not be needing to do. If someone requests an item to be removed, remove it - end of story. I’ve had this happen to me the past 2 times I’ve been.

Read moreI usually quite like Burger’d, great food quality and low wait time. Unfortunately at this store (being closest to my home) I have had a few unpleasant experiences, rude staff over the phone, sounded like a junior member whomst does not have any skill in customer service. Was rude and told me I was wrong when they messed up. Would sit on the phone and just say “Hello” no greeting or anything when I called. She would relay the conversation to someone else and then get relayed back from someone else. Rude service, needs training. A few other times they have just given me my food shoved into a bag and pushed me out the door. If there’s anyway of contacting the franchisee I hope that they see this and learn otherwise they will go out...
