Cafe Your Neighbours — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

It was a Really pathetic breakfast this morning, I am a local and we came for breaky, ordered bacon Benedict and this is what we got (pictured). The whole meal was terrible, thinly cut bread that was hard as a rock, fried(?) eggs cooked all the way through and the most pathetic pieces of bacon that were burnt. I believe this shop has just had a change of hands, and what a shame - I really hope the new owners decide in future to not be so cheap. Why buy in a small town and be cheap? The only reason there is 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I told the staff how disappointing this meal was, they sent out extra burnt bacon. I got the big breakfast. Overall, it was okay, but The sourdough was small, The knife wouldn't cut through the toast, I hate microwaved baked beans. The younger staff looked like they hated working there, didn't smile at all or speak in a friendlytone. Please wipe your tables clean after customers leave, nothing worse than having to decide which is the cleanest...
