Gloria Jean's Emerald Lakes — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gloria Jeans, and my experience was truly exceptional, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Jennifer Le. I can't express enough how wonderful my visit was. Jennifer's professionalism, warmth, and dedication to her job were truly commendable.

Firstly, the coffee Jennifer prepared for me was nothing short of perfect. She demonstrated an impressive mastery of her craft, ensuring that my coffee was precisely as I requested, with a rich aroma and exquisite taste. It was evident that she takes immense pride in her work, and her attention to detail truly sets her apart.

But what truly stood out was Jennifer's exceptional service. She greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. Her knowledge of the menu and her willingness to accommodate my preferences were outstanding.

Jennifer's outstanding performance deserves recognition, and I wholeheartedly believe she should be rewarded with a pay raise. Her dedication to her job and her customers is truly commendable, and I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service she provided. From now on, I will only order from Jennifer whenever I visit Gloria Jeans, as her service has made me a loyal customer. She is not just an exceptional barista but also a genuinely good human being, and I look forward to many more delightful visits thanks to her...

Had planned a lovely lunch date with my daughter and chose this place for the location. Unfortunately that's all it had going for it. Ordered the "smashed avo" but ended up with something that looked very thin and watery, accompanied by a single slice of bread that was barely toasted. I also asked for a pot of tea...they brought it out and apologised that they had no more tea pot lids 🤦‍♀️, the cup was also stained as if they had never thought to soak them before. I watched another customer receive the same order and inspect the so called 'avo' and passed on it. I did take this back after only having a very small bite, I asked if they thought this was an acceptable meal which they consider to be a smashed avo however I was just told its pulp and if I wanted my money back, I said no thanks just wanting to pass on the feedback. My daughter and I went on a bike ride around the area and returned some time later...to see our table had still not been cleared (place was not busy, 3 staff on). Massive disappointment! Emerald lakes is a beautiful community with amazing “professional” businesses. It’s a shame Gloria Jeans doesn’t hold the same standards and allows their female employees to dress in skin tight booty shorts (which isn’t professional attire for a business and is actually quite offensive for families and seniors who come for a coffe/bite to eat) they also hire young females with no customers service skills, bad attitudes and no time management skills. Today I ordered a cappuccino and was waiting 20mins, I went back inside to ask where my coffee was and she told me “I forgot” then eventually bought me out a coffee that wasn’t even what I ordered.
