McDonald's Pacific Pines — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

Honestly I hate stooping so low to do these reviews but far out I’m sick to death of Macca’s not being able to get the basics right, it’s meant to be a special treat to go there, it’s unhealthy junk food, but we all crave it at times. While the service today through the drive thru was great, with 2 very polite teenagers, the food was not, 3 serves of fries and every single serve was so cold, 2 serves of nuggets rock hard and cold, like it all had been sitting there for who knows how long, driving away and getting a few blocks from the place and dipping the hand into the bag and grabbing a few freshly cooked fries is meant to be one of life’s guilty pleasures but I can’t remember the last time they were actually served up fresh, today’s were just so disappointing and being in a rush I didn’t have time to turn around and ask for fresh ones, which shouldn’t have to be done anyway. Like how hard is it to keep them warm at a minimum? Surely some fresh ones can be cooked, what’s a large fries cost you, 40 cents? These joints are really going down the gurgler, no one seems to be going through the drive thru anymore, surely you’re noticing the drop in customers? This would be the reason, $35 of absolute garbage today, cold fries, cold nuggies and then to rub salt into the wound, both larges cokes had very little syrup in them! Get it right for crying out. I wish I just kept driving and went home and made a sandwich. If it was a casino I’d ask for a self exclusion to stop me from continually giving...

I have been getting my usual morning flat white coffee en route to work for past 2 years and have been overall very pleased with their service - mostly smiling faces and quick service. Their price for standard size coffee has always been 10cents more than any other McDonalds but I was somewhat ok with that. Then recently, after waiting in the drive through for ages, ordered my coffee with regular milk and was advised they don't have full cream milk. Cancelled the order and drove through the drive through after significant wait periods. Now this happened about 5 times and after speaking with a manager was told that their morning milk deliveries are late and they have reduced the amount of milk they carry as they have been going out of date. Then eventually the milk issues resolved and now I find that they have increased substantially their price for a standard Coffee from $4.55(already higher compared to all other McDonalds) to $4.70.

Before we buy anything else from this McDonalds, we'll be comparing prices with others. If they charge more for coffee, perhaps there are other items they also charge more for.

I now travel to Oxenford McDonalds on my way to Brisbane and they charge $4.45 for coffee and also give you a little McCookie.

Went through the drive through ordered a 10 nugget and large chips when we went through at the window when we got are food we asked is everything in there because quite afew time we have had to go back through to get things or just miss out on the things we paid for they answered yes and we drove off I opened the bag to grab a chip and you can guess where this is going they weren't in there we went back through and got them but when we got to the round about and I went to eat one they were stale... or just extremely cold and had to have been out for atleast an hour and I was not expecting this as it was around 6pm and they were slightly busy you'd think there fries would be fresh or atleast edible we weren't going to go back through a 3rd time for one order so I just missed out on eating the fries because they were not edible they were horrid then I atleast have my nuggets because of what just happend I count and there only 8 in a 10 piece like it's ridiculous that I pay for the food and don't receive it or an edible version very...
