Sushi Queen — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

😔🙏Hi there, I just moved to the area and tried the new sushi place. I have eaten lunch there twice. My favorite meal is karage chicken, and I have had it plenty in many different places. The first time at Sushi Queen it was crispy, but the second time, after one bite, it was soggy and soft. So I returned the full meal, minus one bite. I wasn't asking for a refund, but for the same as I had the week before. The experience of eating sushi here is like the exact opposite of a MacDonald’s ad. You know where the hamburger looks so juicy but you buy it and it’s a dead lettuce? The sushi looks good, and then you bite into it and you’re surprised by how much more filling they’ve packed into the sushi! A hidden avocado and not just rice to bulk it up? As a local I decided to try this place as it was finally open one day. Sadly I won’t be returning. The customer service was far from inviting, it didn’t smell right, it’s a train but you can’t see what’s in the dishes as they go around, no clean tongs available even when asked, the karaage chicken was pre cooked and then fried again which meant dry dry dry chicken.
