one lady who was working was so rude. Did not want to help at all, and almost got yelled at for asking about the return policy. How does one even have a job in retail if you can't even talk to your customers politely.. would have been a decent review as your supplies are quite reasonable but from the experience received from your staff, will certainly be finding somewhere...

Bought 3 barn doors, went to hang them and all 3 not only twisted but all 3 are NOT SQUARE so therefore cannot be used!!! Owner is pointing blame squarely on myself for not storing these doors correctly as I bought them months ago. Manufacture fault for not being square has NOTHING to do with how they were stored!!! I have spent $1000s with Josh and he is...

What a RUDE place!!!!!!! I had a question about one of their item and this middle aged man (maybe the manager) answer was "I dont know ,dont ask me i am not a professional" then why you work at a building supply shop? there are other two ladys work there NO customer service what so ever so never going to this...
