Absolutely outstanding experience at UE Bagels – Varsity Lakes. The food was exceptional – fresh, flavourful, and beautifully balanced. We tried The Lox Bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers and a plain bagel, and it was perfection – silky salmon paired with the right amount of creaminess and tang. The Pulled BBQ Brisket Bagel was just as impressive, loaded with tender, smoky brisket, house-made BBQ sauce, and a great crunch from the coleslaw and pickles.

The service was outstanding – the team are incredibly likeable, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and has that relaxed community vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer.

Wish we knew about this little place sooner! The bagels are so fresh and toasted perfectly. Plenty of different types of bagels to chose from. The coffee was really great as was the service. The ladies at the counter were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely going to start getting my take home bagels from here. Only downside is that being in an industrial area there is limited parking from what I could see as many parks are reserved for surrounding businesses. Highly recommend...
