I don't often write reviews. It has to be a really memorable experience for me to do so. I just ordered off uber eats, scheduled it for a 10am - 10.15 am delivery.
First off, started cooking my breakfast burgers and chips at 9.36?? Seems ill advised. I got my food delivered to me at 10:30. An hour of sitting there, made very obvious that my chips were re fried instead of freshly made, like they were dark brown. And to make matters worse, completely unseasoned. Not even a hint of salt. Just straight out the freezer and fried. Twice. The breakfast burger has obviously been sitting there too - cold, congealed, egg was super dry. What made me laugh was the milkshake - guys, how do you want me to drink out of a dome plastic cup with no straw? Just in general, the lack of napkins or straw, just was the cherry on top of the vastly obvious lack of care they have for their products. Read moreMade an order on uber eats at 9:40am, waited and watched 5 different drivers get assigned the order and arrive at the business only for the food to not be prepared. Eventually the order was cancelled at 11:10am. I'm sure in person it's a much better experience but if you're going to operate on ubereats or any delivery service you should have the infrastructure in place to support the orders. In the end 6 peoples time was wasted and now I'm without food and waiting probably several business days for a refund to process. Customer service aside, drivers make a lot of their money Sunday morning and can't afford to waste their time and fuel like this. I would have cancelled the order earlier myself but couldn't without forfeiting what I had paid. Read moreI recently visited here and had an extremely disappointing experience. The wait time was absolutely atrocious and products are uninspired. It's clear the café is severely understaffed, noticeably only one or 2 kitchen staff handling both online and dine in orders.It’s obvious that the owner or manager is never interested in treating their employees fairly. This level of greed is appalling, and it’s a shame that the hardworking staff have to suffer because of it.
