Zambrero Oxenford — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

2pm Sunday 10th November 2024 The staff serving me didn't seem to hear what I was asking. I asked for gluten free and commented I wasn't celiac

Then she asked me if I was celiac. I was served after they let a lady behind me in with her kids. I am disabled didn't understand the service method except thinking it was very rude.

Asked me if i wanted rice and beans. She was scratching at the base of the pot and the rice was crunchy.

Asked me what salad I wanted... Same questions as when I have always gone there. I said just lettuce on both. She started putting corn on mine and I stopped her so she grabbed the corn that she had already put on mine and started to remove it. I said just leave it She asked if I wanted jalapeno. I said just a couple. Please make sure they are not all at one end. Asked for garlic sauce and lime.

We didn't get lime and as she wrapped all the jalapenos were at one end. My last bite I could taste old lettuce. My partners burrito had a piece missing at the side of it like someone had taken a big bite out of it Worst burrito i have had from here. Standards have gone down and find I can make my own at home better.

I asked the lady, if she could not hear me, she answered no. I asked her why she didn't say so.

No answer... She walked away. Bad experience

I love this place. It's getting very popular. Burrito great.. nachos. Not so great. Meat is insufficient serving for the rest of the meal. The food is fresh and looking at World hunger as ther theme.. Who wouldn't eat here....

Came in a few weeks ago and was served by the most amazing staff member Olivia from the moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a smile and the biggest hello welcome and that’s when my pleasant service started! What can I say Olivia was polite friendly welcoming warm pleasant patient answered all my questions and offered suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Now add on top of this the food was great and delicious. Olivia is an absolute asset to the store and company and really cares for each customer while treating them as individuals. Thank you Olivia for being a shining light and example of great customer service. I also recently met Sophie who was also an asset again polite friendly warm welcoming and nothing was a problem so thank you also Sophie I’m definitely coming back and I hope Olivia and Sophie are shown this review because those girls made a normal lunchtime feel like I was part...

I had a very disappointing experience ordering online from Zambrero Oxenford. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:15 PM but only arrived at 1:35 PM, which was frustrating as I was serving clients.

When I received the food, it was not marked properly, making it difficult to distribute, and some of the items in the order were incorrect. The overall service was disappointing—not just because of the delay, but also due to the staff’s attitude. When I asked for a tax receipt, I was simply told they were out of paper and that I could get it online, which felt like poor customer service.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me unimpressed, and I won’t be ordering...
