Just Brew It — Restaurant in Gosnells

I would give 0 stars if I could. Waited over 10 mins for 2 ice latte's & 2 muffins. There was one girl doing coffees & the other girl was sat on her phone. Was still texting even when we asked (had to shout through the window because there was no sign of her for over 5 mins & thought maybe she had passed out on the floor?), if we could grab our coffees that were sitting on the bench for over 5 mins & pay. She didn't even bother putting her phone away. Muffins were given to us so hot that they were burning my leg through the paper & my shorts while sitting them on my lap. I feel sorry for the one girl who was doing all the work. Not sure if the other girl even knew how to make coffee? Terrible (as in NO) customer service. Also, hope we didn't pay extra for the ice cream that was never actually put in our iced...

These guys have the BEST coffee, you won't regret stopping here. Having babies it's easier for me to use the drive thru rather than go in to a cafe but I'd go here over anywhere else anyway. I stopped coming here for a while last year because the old owners were using beans I didn't like. The new owner and staff are so warm and welcoming which is a bonus ❤️ I come here most days and have never had to wait but like most businesses if you go during the peak periods like morning time when everyone is off to work and wanting a coffee then you will have to wait a minute... But...

Coffee has changed under new management. Come here almost everyday for passed 2-3years. Not as good as previous; maybe the grind setting needs adjusting and milk is different. (Judging after 10 coffees ) Maybe they are more focused on the food( it looks better than prev owner) now rather than the quality of the coffee.

Shout out to the one young lady from previous owner they kept; she makes the best coffee and always have been the best over the passed couple years I have been here.

Will keep an update if coffee starts...
