Tried going for happy hour this past weekend and will not be going back after multiple go’s. I’ve brought people not from here to this pub and have been embarrassed each time. Service is terrible and the one guy serving drinks should probably reconsider his career choice if he’s not happy to help. Arrived at 8 05pm on a Sunday, told kitchen was closed. Karaoke in play and we were going to choose a song. Told at 8.40pm that it was last drinks and told to leave just after 9pm, just over an hour on-site at a venue supposedly open until 10pm and the kitchen supposedly open until 8.30pm. Food is amazing, however one of the bar staff was extremely rude to me last time I went in, even charging me for water, ice and lime. The atmosphere is generally good but some people there are rude and stare you down. The manager on shift is a good bloke, and the chef can definitely cook up some good food.
