Domino's Pizza Bribie Island — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

Now I never have posted a negative review against a business before. But this time, it is completely warranted. We ordered a delivery for 3 pizza's tonight & 1 did not have sauce on it. I called up & was placed on hold for no one to come back to the phone before I had even spoke to anyone. I then rang again to explain we had no sauce on the pizza, the young girl I spoke to was trying her best to rectify the issue, but with a arrogant manager that was arguing the point, telling her he did the pizza and there is sauce on it because it's white & we can't see it, I could hear what was being said in the background to the young girl & it was completely out of context to speak to another staff member like that when the issue wasn't really that big of a deal to begin with. & then I was placed on hold without any notification. I had to physically go down there with the pizza & the manager STILL argued the point of there was sauce on there but we couldn't see it. I LITERALLY had to pull the toppings off the pizza & drag my finger across it and scrape it on the box to show there was no sauce on it. What a joke. Absolutely appalling customer service from...

I went to bribe island domino's pizza tonight and placed an order for 3 pizza's one BBQ meat lovers on thin and crispy base one supreme pizza on classic crust and one pepperoni pizza on thin and crispy base with anchovies there was 3 staff members in the store at the time but of them were on the phone and there were no orders on the screen at any time so you would usume they could get the order correct but no at first they put no anchovies on the pepperoni pizza but on the BBQ meat lovers one and a classic crust on the meat lovers pizza they redone the first two pizzas only to go home and give my son his supreme pizza too find out they put anchovies on it as well which made him very sick as he is anaferlactic to seafood I rang the store and told them and they said I will remake the pizza's again and to give back the other pizza's they redelivered the pizza's only to find once again the BBQ meat lovers pizza was cut in many different sizes and the base was puffed up at the edges I'm very discussed in our service from domino's...

So we found a hair in our pizza the other night, so embarrassed too as Guests were here for the firat time and instead of fish n chips we thought quick n easy domineos never fails. Not that night🤮🤢 l put a review up, only to hear from the mangar After the failed attempts to reach him the first time. He said they would replace the whole order when We were ready to have pizza again. Sure no worries. I deleted the BAD REVIEW.

SO, the time comes to call it in and the chick on the phone says no, the manager wouldn't of told you we will replace the whole order, only one pizza. 👀 WE THRU THE WHOLE ORDER IN THE BIN!!! I then asked to speak to the MANAGER AND SHE SAID HE'D GONE HOME. BUT WHEN I FIRST ASKED ABOUT THE REFUND SHE SAID HOLD ON I GOTTA TALK TO THE MANAGER. WHY IS THE MANAGER LYING AND AVOIDING FIXING HIS MISTAKES. TIME TO GET NEW EMPLOYEES!!
