The Coffee Club Café - Bribie Island — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

On first entrance, the signage is confusing. One sign says order at register, another says to order at table with app (which you cannot do). No water or cutlery after seated. 3/4 coffees ordered were lattes. One was in a mug? They were also clearly flat whites. Filled so high to the top all three had spilt into the saucers and needed napkins to clean up. Food came out individually over 8 minutes. Vegetarian big breakfast, I've had this multiple times across different CCs. The haloumi was half the size, only 5 cherry tomato halves and no balsamic glaze. Ciabatta was dripping with butter. Order bacon and eggs - order was taken wrong and only received eggs. Had to pay an extra $5 for bacon after the fact. Still no water until after the meal and had to go to the register to ask. Waited ten minutes for water. Skirting boards are filthy with bug droppings. Floors need vacuuming. Staff are friendly enough. The cook was a bit rude and audible when asking for bacon, "other people have ordered before this bacon" - yeah but our order is wrong? Terrible experience. I have been a VIP member for a number of years. Bribie Island is my usual coffee club (yesterday I went twice). This morning I attended for a usual coffee which was a very disappointing experience. A young couple were before me and having ordered went to a table in the near deserted cafe. I stood at the counter waiting to order. The young lady moved from doing something on the counter situated along the wall to the coffee machine to make the previous customers' coffees. They were seated and waiting. I was left standing - money in hand. No acknowledgement before I said "Good morning" to alert her of my presence. She replied "Bear with me" - I still stood there money in hand for a couple of minutes. Another member of staff entered behind the counter and began chatting with the barrister. I asked her to please take my order. She replied "I don't start work until 7am". It was 3 minutes to 7! They continued to chat... I was still standing...

Came for brunch at 11am on a Saturday. Ordered 2 x tall caramel lattes, 1 x omlette & 1 x eggs Benedict. Store was reasonably busy. Store was generally unclean, hospitality was lacking as we had to send coffee back (their mistake) and girl did not say anything, no apologies made, order was inaccurate x 4, twice at the counter & twice when it came out (ordered 2 x caramel lattes; at counter girl read back 2 x iced lattes after correcting her she read back 2 x iced caramel latte, corrected her again but coffee still came out as iced lattes, then omlette was incorrect but didn't bother complaining again) & speed of service was average also but they were busy.
