Domino's Pizza Deception Bay — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

So let's face it if you're here you've just had a bad experience at D'Bay Dominos. No one google reviews Dominos Pizza before they eat it. For the two years I've lived in D'Bay the best thing I can say is Dominos D'Bay is consistently the worst pizza shop I've ever had the misfortune of eating at. Everytime I order something either the toppings I paid $2 extra for are missing, the garlic bread bottom is burnt and hard as rock or some other promotional fair is under/over cooked half missing or not in the order at all. If you have the misfortune of finding out before you leave the store be prepared to leave with cold subpar food because the manager won't offer to put your food back in the heating shelf or even cook the complete item missing again as I found out today. I ordered 4 mac and cheese balls look in the box only 2. They don't even sell them in pairs. It's a box of 3 or 4. Do you think the "Day manager" would cook 4 fresh balls? No! So I went home with cold pizza and 2 cold balls! I have a sneaking suspicion the owner profits from every mistake. Therefore he only hires idiots who make him maximum profit. Terrible store. Stopped ordering from them because Dominos stopped offering good vegetarian options. Decided to give them another go when the impossible pizzas came out and had a good deal on.

They gave us pizzas without the sauce that was supposed to be drizzled all over them (look up pictures of BBQ burger/Cheeseburger impossible pizzas). None of our pizzas had the sauce. They were bland as hell. So I called to let them know and hopefully get a replacement. The manager told me to sent him photos via his mobile number. So I did. Then he completely ghosted me - so he either gave me the wrong number or never intended to fix the problem.

FREE PIZZA MARKETING TRAP I just wanted 2 pizzas. One of those pizzas was supposed to be free AND I was being asked to pay $14.95 the other, a Hawaiian with extra hand and pineapple is what I ordered and paid for and some slices had no ham still! It was pathetically made. How you still can’t make a Decent pizza is beyond me. Then I had to buy pancakes I didn’t want because your app made me spend $15 Or more and they were absolutely swimming in butter it was just disgusting and I even said something to girl at counter and her reply was “oh that’s extra sauce “ well they shouldn’t have sauce on them to start with and I didn’t want to buy them and your free pizza ended up costing me $19.20 and It was NOT WORTH IT.
