Where to start!!!! Arrived at 9pm ( closing time 10pm) and used self serve to order and pay for 3 people. The first time I completed order went to pay, error message came up, something went wrong with your order, and deleted everything I think $75 worth. The second time, completed quickly on self serve and as soon as I tapped my card, my name was called, only 3 patrons in store, confusingly I walk to the counter to be told sorry we are out of zinger fillets for the 3 burgers I ordered and payed for already. My response was, ok I want my money back and I'll go elsewhere. To which I was told I'll have to see my manager..... 30 seconds, I hear the girl that served me ask 1 of the 4 young people in the kitchen ask how many zinger fillets do you feel like cooking!!!!!!! 1 minute later I was told there is a 7 minute wait for my food. So..... basically I was lied to because they were too lazy to cook said zinger fillets which takes 5 minutes and they did actually have. In my wait, multiple other people waiting were complaining about the same thing. I told them to change their order as they are lying and with the threat of refunding my money they will cook them. My fillets were like rubber, the chips were cold, soggy and unsalted. As in no salt what so ever, and my 600ml mountain dew when I went to open it, I luckily opened it slowly and realised the seal had been broken. I will never go to this store ever again, and anyone I know I will tell them the same thing, absolutely disgusting behaviour and I really hope the people working on Friday the 23rd of August at this kfc big fish all lose their jobs. I want to rate them negative 5 stars. Oh also when I walked out at 9:10-9:15 pm heard the drive thru telling a car that they only have 1 zinger fillet!!!!

My roommate and I both got exploding diahrrea so was definitely food poisoning... I don't know how to get back to personal page where complaint was made on the owners request. But I accidentally hit 24/08 I believe but I have proof on my timeline and in original complaint it was Friday 23/08. All people that ate food I bought got diahrrea. Will be taking further action.    Read moreYesterday just before 5pm (when they close) we chose to go through your drive through. After waiting and waiting, and shouting at the order box, we drove to the first window. The girl behind the window did not like me asking if the box is broken. I ordered a 3 piece box for my son. I asked for Coke. She said Pepsi? She misheard (or chose to) when I said no Pepsi, and I had to tell her NO PEPSI, what else is available. Her face spoke volumes. But I had a hard day, machines breaking, sore body parts, the heat. So did not particularly feel nice. I paid and then waited a long time at the next window. I should have checked the contents. See, this was a reward to my disabled son for his help that day. His fav meal. She chose to give him 2 basically inedible, dry, hard pieces out of the 3. His chips looked fine when he nibbled in the car. When we got home, the bottom chips were squashed into a mush with a few good ones on top. So thanks, dear girl. You spoiled a treat for a disabled young man. You chose to do this when a bone-tired, hurting mother with plantar fasciitis, a broken vertebra, trigger finger and a frozen shoulder came to you for a meal after kneading 18kg of dough BY HAND after the machine broke halfway. You may not know what this feels like now, at 18. Mother Nature and her sister Karma will fix that for you in 40 years. You may not care for disabled people today.    Read moreI visited your KFC today and ordered two original crispy box meals and two large Pepsis. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. Your staff seems unable to take a simple order correctly. Only one box meal was brought out, and no drinks were provided. When I asked where the other meal was, they insisted that only one had been ordered. I clearly ordered two meals and the drinks as well.
I expressed my frustration, mentioning that every time I come to this branch, the order is always wrong and items are missing. The team there appears to be incompetent. They then told me I would have to drive around through the drive-through again. I told them not to bother, and I went to Red Rooster, which happens to be in the same complex. I've never been disrespected or had a simple order messed up like this before.
This store needs a major overhaul! Not only did I not receive the full order I paid for, but they also refused to serve me properly and wasted more of my time!
I have emailed the head office, hopefully someone there can actually follow up and have the store run more better with the proper training of staff, clearly...
