I would like to address the revolting behaviour of a female "manager" at the North Caboolture Red Rooster store yesterday at lunch. I ordered the classic roast no potato, just chips, and no gravy. I attempted to order twice through the drive through. I was told the first time veg can't be separated with no further suggestion or help and then silence. When I came back through I asked for the same, I was met with unnecessary passive aggressive and very rude behaviour. As I attempted to suggest just a side a chips and just don't put the potatoes in (I do not like to waste of food) I was rudely snapped at "that's what I'm going to do" she literally barked at me and then told me if I was going to be rude she would not serve me! I asked to speak to the manager, she stated she was the "manager" This person needs education and training to qualify as an appropriate customer service attendant let alone a manager. I completed a review on the Nth Cab Red Rooster FB page but within a very short period of time the page was removed. There is no need for this awful behaviour and I hope this employee is dealt with appropriately. We placed a delivery order and when it arrived there was a note inside (see attached photo) explaining they were out of Sweet Potato Fries (bummer ....NO ONE does sweet potato fries as good as North Caboolture Red Rooster 🐓.....crunchy on the outside, a tiny bit of char and soft and fluffy on the inside...never soggy) and that they had replaced them with crunchy roast potatoes, AND included an extra Chocolate Mousse as a "Sorry, hope you still love us" kind of gesture. Thank you to whomever it was that wrote this note and made the decisions to rectify the situation how you did....you gave us a very personal customer service experience that is usually lacking in most fast food restaurants, and your small gesture actually made our night. Last time I got a piece of chicken it was a tiny wing or a tiny drum stick with 1 mouth full of meat on it. I asked for a thigh and the guy said ya had none. He was probably right aswell.. saving money by not cooking thighs? That's abit strange. Anyway 4 stars for service and food quality. -1 star for possibly ripping people off not having any thighs cooked.
