KFC Deception Bay — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

The quality of food at this store regularly does not represent the quality shown in advertisements or the quality of other KFC stores. For several years we have purchased from this store, but for the last few years this store has gone downhill. Everytime we have ordered the chips are limp & soggy & the chicken is not consistently properly cooked with soggy pale crumb coatings. We have never complained as I think maybe they were just run off their feet, & so quality suffers, but this time I ordered the ultimate boxes they had no potato & gravy left so we settled for bread rolls as alternative., But the chips were again soggy lacked seasoning and the chicken on the burgers were undercooked with pale crumb coating and the chicken prices were again undercooked with pale soggy tasteless crumb coating. I we wasted hemist of the food and just wasn't worth the price paid for it. As I hadn't couldn't be bothered to go back out again to return the Goodson again we put up with poor quality. But this will be the last time I will purchase...

My partner went into Deception Bay KFC today 8/4/22 and got the family meal which was $32 the girl serving him said they didn’t have any potatoe that normally goes in the potatoe and gravy . She said can give you a gravy my partner seen the size of the gravy which was a small container he asked her for another one which she said she couldn’t, so because that store had no potatoe he only got a small gravy , because they couldn’t provide the potatoe that isn’t our fault and wouldn’t have hurt to give another container. Well guess what we don’t normally get take away often and thought we would get it tonight we’ll KFC Deception Bay you know what you can do with your gravy and we won’t be buying from that store again. I know it’s only a small container of gravy but it’s the principle of it . Either the store needs to make sure they have the things they advertise and if they don’t should compensate for something else to the value of what they couldn’t supply...

I ordered 4x large chips and a 1.25 sunkist. Ordered through Menu log to be delivered to my home. Drink and chips has been packed in the same bag so the chips were cold on arrival through no fault of the menu log driver.. anybody with half of an actual brain would have packed them in separate bags. Ontop of the chips being cold all four boxes of chips were only filled half way, soggy, under cooked and dripping in oil. I asked for extra salt and discovered not only had extra not been put on in fact no salt had been added at all. Surely at this point your employees are just taking the piss. Consistent disgusting service and food from this particular restaurant, I thought being chips, a simple, easy and small order i would be safe but apparently simple tasks like FILLING a box with chips is to difficult for your...
