Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

We usually get our pizza's from pizza hut at mango hill. I've hurt my back and so opted for delivery and can only have it delivered from deception bay pizza hut and not mango hill. Pretty disappointed, especially with it being delivered it was not a cheap meal at all ($130) My son ordered his favourite garlic prawn pizza, it was over cooked and covered in BBQ sauce rather than Alfredo sauce, each slice was lucky if it had 1 prawn. He had two half slices and doesn't want it because he doesn't like it. Mango hill does it with nice creamy Alfredo sauce and heaps of prawns. We ordered loaded garlic breads, again mango hill it is LOADED, deception bay had the bare minimum on them, I was shocked at what a difference. And all of the pizzas were smaller in size than what mango hill does also.

Ordered through UberEats, then after two hours of the arrival time continually updating and still no pizzas arriving, We phones the store and was handed to an unnamed second employee after telling the first the issue, the second one then saying that they had the order name and details just not the data for the pizza.. but after two hours This store did not contact me or Uber to get the order data. But instead when we phoned we were instructed to contact Uber, and was then hung up on. She could have asked to take the order then.. she could have even said sorry for not contacting us sooner, she could even have said goodbye, which would have been at the very least polite.. Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides, when tracking showed it was on its way the driver drove in a completely opposite direction. Tracking then went off line, said we would receive pizzas at 3:43pm and delivery driver arrived at 3:56pm! No apology, nothing! Handed me pizzas and left, after opening up the boxes all 3 pizzas were cold and undercooked! This is now the second time in a row we have ordered from here and it’s been late and cold.
