Deception Bay Bowls Club no longer has this address as their address. This is now called THE DECEPTION BAY CLUB and is a venue for a variety of activities the main one being DARTS. Other activities include a quilting club meeting there every Friday, a craft group meets once a month on a Wednesday and an up and coming sport called GATEBALL, Who meet there Monday’s and Wednesday nights and some Saturdays. The venue available for hire to the public for special events. The kitchen is waiting for certification but is serving finger food ( ie food not requiring a knife or fork). The venue is leased to the PENINSULA FAIR DARTS CLUB INCORPORATED. They have been at this venue for just over a year, their main competition nights are Tuesday with 9 teams, and Wednesday with 14 teams. We had a 50th birthday party there it was great, they were so accommodating, helpful and pleasant. Prices were very affordable. These guys were simply great! They put in a long day. We left just after 12 midnight there was absolutely no push to leave. Can't wait for a reason to use their facilities...
