The coffee was actually really, really lovely. Which is hard to find. Unfortunately, the food was the letdown. My husband ordered a ham and cheese croissant, which was not very enjoyable. I ordered a plain scone, which was the worst scone I have ever had in my life. It was completely unedible. It's hard as a rock on the top and bottom. So bland! As if there was no salt in the batter at all. But as you can see from my pictures, I had to pull the scone apart just to eat the middle part that wasn't hard as a rock. But even then, it was so unenjoyable. The location is pretty good, the parking is great! But unfortunately the food really let this place down for us. If the food was better or if we had decided to only get coffee, I think this would be a much more positive review. The cafe also looks to be dog friendly, which I LOVE! All in all, if you're looking for a good coffee, I absolutely recommend this place.

At the age of 73 yrs I bought my very first ever take away coffee. I often wondered why there was always a queue at the counter when I went to woolies next door. Today my curiosity got the better of me and I bought a coffee. They laughed at my name "Lady Annie" and it is true I have it on my drivers licence lol . At home I drink Blue Mountain blend but I must say I enjoyed my first cup of Merlo . I saw the sign for the competition and had someone take my photo outside the store so here it is .

Great coffee , seating shaded for summertime , they also have great snacks if you need a quick bite . Situated next to Woolies , a newsagent, fish shop , barber, and bottle shop so you can enjoy a quick coffee before grocery shopping and picking up the winning lotto ticket.

Bit disappointed with the service today. Drove from Alex Hills to Victoria Point to buy a kil of coffee beans. Unfortunately arrived as they were closing. Service counter was closed but the other doors were still up so caught a staff members attention and explained that I didn't want a cup of coffee but was hoping he would still sell me some beans. Told me "sorry we have already shut the computers down" and couldn't help me.

I walked away disappointed and spoke with my wife when she got home from work - she works in small businesses retail. Surprised that in today's covid economy that small businesses could afford to pass on a $40 sale that required nothing but passing me a pre made bag and ringing it up later. Guess I'll be taking my regular $40 purchases somewhere...

After sitting out side your store as I do most Sunday mornings 10 minutes before opening waiting to place my order 1st , I noticed a man walk/duck under the still semi closed doors, I didn't realise that this option was available to the general public, to top it off as I go to grab my coffees first as I had placed the first order, I was told sorry these coffees are for the guy that came under the door before opening, as one could imagine I was a little taken back by that comment and quite upset that you have chosen to operate your business this way. It is unfortunate that I have lived in the Redlands for 40 years and this is how locals are treated. I guess we're just lucky to have a respectful Zaraffas staff across the road. Reasonable coffee -...
