Moshi Moshi — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I often come here for food since I work nearby, but I had a very unpleasant experience today that I feel needs to be shared.

I ordered chicken katsudon, but they delivered something entirely different. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of acknowledging it or offering to replace the order, they blamed me, saying, "Oh, it's you who made the mistake, sorry," and made no effort to correct it. Now I ended up with something I do not even want.

I’m confident that I ordered correctly, but even if there was some confusion, their response was highly unprofessional.

Discovering Moshi Moshi was the best thing about my work week last week. The food was fast, well priced, and absolutely delicious! I had the Karaage chicken meal, which was yummy and very well proportioned - the meat to rice ratio was very generously weighted on the chicken side! Just finished eating there and just wow… not only is there food fresh and delicious, but they’re so generous with their portions. To top it all off, their customer service is amazing. So friendly and positive!! They have a very wide variety of drinks too.
