Sam's Pizza Capalaba — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

I have come into buy Pizza for the past 2 Tuesday Night's and when I have been there the young Boy (Mullet) that has Served me and took care of me. I haven't been to this pizza shop before and not from Brisbane and while I was ordering he was sooo HELPFUL he was telling me where the best Shops were. He told me the Popular and least Popular Pizzas and new Pizza's on the menu. He also offered me the deals for 3 Pizzas and a Small Pizza. And when the order was ready He didn't call out my number but he personally Walked it out side to my car. He was very very Helpful and his customer service was UNBELIEVABLE. This young boy deserves to be recognized. He was Cutting Pizza's fast like a champ and even though he cut them fast they were cut correctly. And while he gave me my pizzas he told me he moved to Cleveland and is worried he couldn't come back and help due to travel, but this boy is...

I order the same pizza once a week and the pizza in the photo is a 10/10. However it’s a 50/50 chance of that happening… DO NOT pick a time for pick-up, as they will make the pizza in advance and therefore it’ll be very dry… even worse if you order gluten free like me. I made that mistake last weekend. Also, my pizza wasn’t cut AT ALL. There’s been a few times where my pizza was only cut 60% of the way. Whoever you guys have on cut, you really need to change or tell them to stop being so slack.

Final complaint ~ I always order ranch and aioli and my pizza either has barely any sauce or it’s missing one of them… the amount of sauce that’s in the photo I attached is how it should be everytime.

I love your work, but you really need to keep it consistent as I’ll have to check my pizza everytime now on pick up...

The service LOVELY !, Though im sorry ...when i asked over the phone is the pasta meal including sauce made fresh to be told YES to then see once arrived that is placed into a bowl into the microwave with a few bacon pieces and mushrooms with the dolmio carbonara sauce from a jar poured over it is very poor. To also see the young girl making the fresh pizzas with her hair everywhere and bare hands and long fake nails digging into each different topping is very poor food handling. To then top it off pizzas were getting made then serving clients with money and machines in between no hand washing or gloves worn….The pizza was basic and lacked flavor. I think the owner is lovely though something needs to be done about food handling and...
