Disappointing experience, would have been 2 star but I'll tell you why I decided to give only one. We ordered pad Thai, green curry and the "chef special" crispy barramundi. Pad Thai was ok but had a weird sourness I have never experienced with pad Thai, the green curry was actually pretty good, however the supposedly crispy barramundi was gross. After picking at the fish and not eating it, we pretty much finished our pad Thai and green curry, I was sitting at the table for over 10 minutes not eating anything, with this conspicuous massive plate of barra sitting almost untouched on the table. The waitress must have walked past 10 times. I was waiting for the waitress to ask how our meals were but she never did. After literally staring at her she finally stopped and asked if we were done. I said yes we are done, but we didn't even eat the barra, she said that's ok and went to grab the plate to throw it out. I said what do you mean that's ok? Don't you want to know why we didn't eat it? She said ummm do you want me to get the manager or something, I was like yeah ok.. (awkward much). (waitress if you are reading this it is your job to ask how the meal is, not just are you done?..) So then the Thai lady showed up, I explained to her the fish advertised as crispy fish was not crispy at all, in fact it was soggy and rubbery, she said oh that's because of the sauce, (there was very little sauce, most of the fish had no sauce and that was also rubbery and not crispy), I said to her it doesn't taste good either, it tastes like frozen fish, she said she's never had a single complaint in 6 years. Not only did she have no interest in asking if we would like it re cooked or if there was something else we would like to try etc, to ad insult to injury she refused to deduct the fish from the bill. Very poor form. I have had the same dish many times overseas and when done right with fresh fish and actual crispy skin it is mind blowingly good, this was actually disgusting, but even worse than that was the attitude given and zero attempts made to rectify the problem. Then refusing to deduct it was the icing on the cake. I can cook much more delicious barra at home buying it from woolworths (because that isn't frozen). I certainly won't be going back and be warned if you are expecting a proper Thai crispy fish you will be sorely...

Would have been 4 star however when we went to pay our bill which should have been $102 and was charged $116 which ticked me off and now they have lost a customer. When I questioned the charge she said prices have gone up and there was a note in front of the counter and on the front door. Well the menus haven’t been changed and they expect you to read something on the door on the way in. Wrong in too many ways. The food here is great but I will never go back and will warn others.
