Read moreWe had 2 pretty good experiences here initially but unfortunately our third experience was a complete fail! We ordered 2 pizzas one of which was the Prosciutto E Fungi pizza. That pizza was incredibly burnt underneath and inedible. My husband called and asked if we were able to get another as it was just too burnt and they agreed to make us another one. My husband mentioned the name of the pizza and the name of which it was ordered under over the phone and the guy confirmed they had our original order. So my husband goes to pick it up and gets home and it's a completely different pizza and one which I can't eat. I can't eat tomatoes (allergic) and it had rocket which I absolutely loathe. I called them back to let them know we had the wrong pizza and we weren't making a third trip back. We got a "sorry" and that's it. $23 later, 2 car trips a burnt pizza and wrong pizza order we definitely won't be back and won't be recommending. "Sorry".
Edit: 22/3/23 Hi Chris, I appreciate your response however we've received no refund as mentioned. I think we'll just call it a...
Read moreFor a family group (4 adults and 4 kids) we ordered three pizzas, the pork belly burnt ends, drinks and chips. The food was good and other than the gluten free base not being amazing (it rarely is) I would recommend it. But I can not give more stars because the dine-in experience was not well thought out and below average. The dine-in area was very hot and not well ventilated. We were given no plates, no napkins, no cutlery, or cups. Pizza's came on wooden boards. Because of this the kids made a huge mess with their pizzas without a plate to rest them on. There was also little to no service other than someone delivering food (which has to be ordered via a QR code). This is a new venue, and I'm willing to give it another go, hopefully they can iron out the kinks. First step would be to not treat the restaurant like an extension of the...
