Guzman y Gomez - Arana Hills — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

It seems that every single time I come to this outlet they get AT LEAST one thing wrong with the order. This has occurred over 6 times now and to be honest I am done trying. This is such a shame as the food from this chain is fast, healthy and fabulous - IF ONLY they could get an order right!!!!! 2 examples just to show you I am not being picky - I ordered a regular Questo and corn chips. The lady at the drive through repeated my order and said Questo and fries. I repeated that I would like corn chips. She repeated fries and I repeated I would like corn chips. She then got snippy and told me she had my order correct... Low and behold when I got my order it was Questo and fries. The other night i tried again and ordered a burrito bowl and asked for habanero sauce and jalapeno sauce in the little containers on the side. When I got to the window I was given the burrito. I informed them I had requested a burrito bowl. They went back to make it up and gave me the package for the bowl (with no bag which is not ideal as the lid keeps coming open and I was in the car, so there was a good risk it was going to spill in my car. Luckily I had a bag in the car so I put it in there to avoid disaster). Furthermore they did not provide any cutlery and serviettes, so I could not eat it until I got home, otherwise I would have had to eat it with my hands. NOT ideal... I asked for the sauces I had ordered and they told me they had put it in the bowl instead of in the separate little containers. I'm over it and will now no longer visit this establishment because god knows what they are going to give me next time!!!! I think i will just stick with the shop in the City. At least they can take the order and give me what I ask for. All in all a disappointment as I would like to support a healthier version...

Guzman never disappoints except for the price of tacos (inflation I tell you). I switched it up this time and got like beef mince, honestly it was mid and probably won’t get that again. But hey it’s about the journey not the destination and I will definitely be coming here again because the beef mince nachos are absolutely amazing. Sometimes when I take my first bite of it I imagine feeding it to a staving Egyptian child and sharing the beauty of Guzman. Joel switched it up and didn’t get tacos and got 2 beef mince nachos, dropped hella bread on all of it (he’s a baller and a chill guy). We ate them inside the scenery was beautiful inside. Honestly just don’t let me not fully enjoying my rice and beef mince put you off because what can I say I’m an honest reviewer and I take this very seriously. Eating Guzman will change your life (for the better).

Staff very rude and disrespectful. Restaurant is dirty. Whilst still making orders they put water on the floor and mop it even with chips on the floor. Seen staff touch their face (nose) while making food and don't change gloves. Staff who pack the orders don't wear gloves so I have seen Multiple times staff put whole hand over chips to pack. Majority of the time orders aren't ready when ordered in advance. Staff seem more interested in gossiping and ordering food for themselves ( yes have seen staff cut in front of customers to order food for themselves while customers are waiting to be served) than providing service. When you do get service staff are rude. There needs to be a trained manager here and all staff need training on...
