Now I'm going to try not to be too negative but how hard is it to put an order together and not leave stuff out? We always get the Giant Feast to feed our family we live 30 km from the store by the time we get home and unpack it all either the sauces are missing, there's 5 pieces of chicken missing or half of the nuggets are missing etc etc , I even got a zinger a few years ago and got home and there was no chicken in it!!!! Something without fail is always missing, I was sitting in the drive-thru tonight waiting for my order and I thought I wonder what they'll forget tonight I asked ever so nicely at both windows and the speaker to please make sure everything is there, if there wasn't 5000 cars behind me I would have checked my order, on at least 5 occasions I've had to call the manager and explain Something's Missing or something isn't right which to their credit they have sorted it out with either a voucher or replacement of that item obviously the next time we go through because who's going to drive 120 km in one evening just to sort out a meal? anyway tonight was no different I always ask for salt on the chips because for some reason it's impossible to get it unless you ask then when you ask they say extra salt on the chips? And I say no just standard amount of salt not heart attack salt which when they do remember to put on you have to beat the chips with a stick before we can eat them, easy task no problem... low and behold get home tonight and no salt on the chips!! I don't bother calling anymore because it's like talking to the sprinkler on the lawn you get nowhere because the next visit is always the same! , I do understand it gets very busy there but how hard is it to put 15 pieces in a box grab the right drink put the sauces in the bag and then send the customer on their way, instead of talking about your boyfriend and how you lent him money for credit and he hasn't paid you back yet.......... focus on your job!!!

Read moreI have never had such a bad experience before like the one I had tonight. I went through the drive thru at 9:45pm waited 5 minutes with no response so I thought I’d drive around and just go in store. There was a sign on the door that due to short staff they were only taking orders through the drive thru and also double checked their opening hours sign in the door stating that they shut at 10pm. I got back into my car and went through the drive thru again. Waited two minutes for a worker to tell me they were close. I stated that their sign says I have until 10. She then proceeded to tell me they were out of food also saying this in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard. When I questioned that they were out of food she didn’t reply to me so I asked to speak to the manager. Waited another few minutes for the manager, Rachel, to talk to me who was talking to me ruder than the first worker I spoke to. She told me that they have thrown everything out and I questioned why would they do that if they don’t close for another few minutes which at this point was 9:55 and she told me because they shut in 5 minutes to which I replied I had been waiting for someone to take my order since 9:45 and regardless of that fact, they are supposed to take orders right up until 10. She then said that the still had nuggets and popcorn left so I asked if I could order that to which she replied that actually no I can’t. Read moreThe stores appearance and facilities are far below even average, the staff are more interested in having fun and playing on their phones than doing their job and being/acting professional. They all need retraining on customer service, personal and store presentation, and manners and personal hygiene. Behind the counter is an absolute shambles (The mess all over the floors is disgusting), and sad to say almost every time you will end up disappointed in your purchases too. Their chips, nuggets, and go-buckets are usually cold and packaging soggy and they never fill the box correctly. In fact you're lucky if they even hit the 1/2 way point filling the boxes on some occasion. The burgers are mostly thrown together poorly and you will need to reconstruct burger before eating it. You will almost always be left with out any sauce (even when ordered and paid for), there will be no napkins, or cutlery which makes enjoying a potato and gravy almost impossible. Also I highly recommend double checking your order as more often than not something will be left out or be wrong. Really not impressed with the store at all. Back to a 1 star rating which to me is higher than they deserve. Try RedRooster if you want a 1/2 ok meal but definitely not KFC. Such a shame the quality has...
