1:29pm- disgusting behaviour from workers here. They are old enough to know how to respect others. We had a guy serve us and was speaking to us normally on the speaker sounded great at the start.
We ordered two go buckets a MAXI popcorn chicken and two drinks and a slider. He asked what size popcorn chicken and i said maxi multiple times. When we went to the next window his attitude towards us changed completely. He was rude. I don’t know if this is because i have a headscarf and my partner has a beard and he is racist or what. He told us the price without repeating the order and we paid and went our way. We then noticed we were given a snack popcorn chicken instead a maxi. The go buckets were half empty.
We went back and told him and he was so rude he said no you guys said snack we repeated to him that we did infact tell him a few times. With attitude he said he had to refund us and do it again then stormed off and sent another worker. This lady was just as rude to us. He was in the back starring at us smirking!!!!!! 😡We asked if we could have our go buckets filled properly with chips and she said no. that’s fine. But then she proceeded to refund us the snack popcorn chicken and then return us the SNACK popcorn chicken?? We said we wanted a maxi and she yelled to the guy you told me the wrong one and stormed off aswell. Leaving our window without telling us anything is unprofessional. Finally the boy came back and without a word just passed the maxi and closed the window on us.
I’m not bothered by the size and the mix up i’m bothered by the treatment we received.
Disgusting behaviour. If you cannot treat all customers the same you should not be in a customer service role. Horrible treatment and the food servings...

Before receiving the change i was want to check so i said with chicken and she was upset. She was so unkind and told other employees to fix it my order and avoided she’s seat. Staff name was Matilda. Read moreI got my daughter a go bucket today 16/04/23 @1455hrs. The food was not the issue. It was the service. I'm not sure if the team member(the older lady) had a bad day but she definitely didn't seem like she enjoyed her job today. The way she was yelling out numbers quite rude. I'm sure the cafe there could vouch for the attitude coming from her. She also ignored the line and didn't seem interested in serving. I can understand being busy could be overwhelming but I'm sure it's common sense that if she doesn't like it in the front end, maybe she could work out the back. Maybe the manager or area manager needs to come in as a customer...
