Earlier today, we decided to grab a bite at the Subway located near Maccas. From the outside, the place looked really clean and well-maintained, which gave us a good first impression.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
The service was very poor. The young brunette tallish boy around 20 years old i think didn’t seem very interested in helping us out or even acknowledging our polite requests. He barely communicated unless giving us snarky comments and being very unprofessional (i even saw him wipe his nose) and using words like “what” in a rude tone, which made the ordering process feel awkward and uncomfortable.
Then came the food. We were pretty disappointed—the sandwich was falling apart almost immediately after we picked it up. It wasn’t wrapped properly, and he didn’t cut it open correctly either, and the ingredients were just kind of thrown in, not evenly spread or layered. We had to eat it really carefully just to keep everything from spilling out.

When we arrived on time. She greeted us at the counter with “are you online order then you’ll be waiting a long time” angrily. She then didn’t tell us they had no meatballs until 15 minutes after we arrived. She then didn’t start our order she went and started talking crap to her colleague. Then she started our order another 5 minutes later. Her handling of our food was poor she was throwing the food on, she did not over the whole sub with salads. Read moreTonight I went into Subway and ordered 2 Italian BMT’s and 1 vegetarian. The server started making the Italian BMT’s by putting on the meat with gloves on. He then got another foot long out of the storage to start the vegetarian one but didn’t change his gloves. I called him up on this and he said oh sorry and left it on the bench then kept making the Italian BMT’s. Another server came out and the guy said to his colleague ‘before you tend to the next customer since you have fresh gloves on can you make this lady’s vegetarian sub’. She agreed but then proceeded to use the bun he left on the bench. My friend is vegetarian, that’s cross contamination! She was going to keep on going but I asked her to redo it again.
