Lunch at Sittellas celebrating a family birthday was a lovely experience. It's set in the beautiful Swan valley. Sittellas provides good food, good service and a great setting both inside and out. We all had the set menu. 3 courses for $45 is exceptional value. 4 mains choices and 2 dessert choices would satisfy most people. I had the steak with peppercorn sauce on mash. It was very good, asked for medium and it was a bit over, seems most of the steaks ordered ended up similar, they were however tasty, and decent quality for the price. Both dessert choices were excellent. Drinks were reasonable prices and there was a good wine selection as would be expected from a winery. We finished with coffee. Overall everyone left happy and I'm looking forward...

Very disappointing lunch.

Positives: The dining room and view are exceptional. Negatives: Restaurant was 1/3 of capacity, yet mains took over 1 hour to be served. Mains themselves were average at best - Tough lamb, tough pork. Service was the largest drawdown, no greetings on entry, had to ask every time for finished plates and glasses to be collected. Left to our own devices assisting someone who required a wheelchair when entering and leaving. If the restaurant was busy, I would have understood and accepted the short comings. However there were plenty of staff, many standing around doing nothing or walking around aimlessly to look busy, it was...

We went for my birthday and my partner booked in advance. When we got there, it was any reservation and they did not take consideration the occassion (I had a big bouquet of balloons in my hand), it was zero personalized service. Then we were calling any waiter with the hands and nobody came. It was another customer who saw is and asked to one waiter to come to is. We waited 30 mins for one waiter to come to us. 0 greeting and seating 0 order taking process 0 guest departure It is a shame with this kind of restaurant, they do not know anything about...

Enjoyed a lovely lunch on a rainy afternoon. Despite the inclement weather we could still enjoy the view of the vineyards. We chose a "pre-set" 3 course meal. The soup starter, pumpkin? was delicious and quite flavourful. I chose a tasty salmon as my main while my husband had the free range chicken. For dessert the strawberry basket was a win while the apple & rhubarb cobbler disappointed with its bland flavour. Extra Brownie points for the 2018 Cab/Malbec wine, full bodied and lush. Definitely will visit the Nest at Sitella in the future.

Lovely, friendly service. Great range of wines (naturally). The food is delicious, seasonal produce and options to have almost everything as an entree size or main size or select from a set menu. Not a huge menu but deliberate and good variety. Atmosphere and the grounds are stunning, grassed area, vines and the many rose bushes are delightful.
