Givivng one star as zero stars is not available. After at least 15 min wait (only 4 more people were there at the time) the waitress brought a coffee spilling it on the saucer and napkin. Badly enough to soak the napkin totally. It would not be a problem if not the fact that the waitress did not see anything wrong with her service but in fact, the very opposite, she laughed and left happily muttering 'sorry'. It would be difficult to drink the coffee without making it leak on clothes if my friend still wanted to .....but his appetite for a short black was already gone. I have ordered a Creme Brulee and requested the Creme to be warmed. The joy of eating the Creme Brulee comes mostly from a sensation of a cold and smooth cream combined simultaneously with a sensation of a very warm caramel covering the top of the cream. Normally a highly enjoyble experience. I received a freezing cold order and no explanation why the Cream Brulee could not be warmed. I believe that an ice cream would be much less disappointing and of course, cheaper ! I requested to speak to the menager who was no better than the service we received. We left without drinking the coffee or finishing the unsavory dessert. Also,I have no idea how they make their coffees in the Little River but to me it tasted like from a percolator, something you expect only on a plane. Manager gladly took our payment. He did not offer to fix my dessert and did not apologize on behalf of his waitress. Very...

I'd suggest updating your profile to reflect your current offering and get with the times in regards to building brand reputation and responding to customers online. Continuing in this manner just puts your further behind so many great offerings on...
Read moreCellar door!! Stumbled across this fortuitously after taking a wrong turn. Was so happy we did! When we entered we were told none of the wines here are like anywhere else - and it was right. All the wines are are traditionally french made with the winemaker coming from Bordeaux. They're light with warmer climate grapes leading to less acidity but very nice flavours. They had some great deals - we ended up walking away with a carton of rose (my fiance and I have never bought a carton before), 6 bottles of white and 2 bottles of shiraz. Now we're making plans to try the...
