Domino's Pizza Sorell — Restaurant in Hobart

The crunchy crinkle cut chips were not crinkle or crunchy they were straight cut and soft and limp. They removed my favourite pizza the firebreather so that's annoying, so I tried the new butter chicken one that's meant to have a swirl of sauce on top but instead was slathered in so much sauce you can't taste anything else. But to top it off I have found 3 hairs tangled amongst the ingredients. Not at all happy with the food tonight and you can lay odds if I did build your own pizza to get my firebreather I wouldn't get half price specials, I've been getting domino's firebreather since the 90s when they called them elscorcho and they were in the cheapest range of pizzas . I got mushrooms removed but didn't want them replaced...

We grabbed our dinner, we were nearly home then got a call (we ordered online because phone orders were mostly stuffed up) that items were missing we had to travel back to sorell (20 minutes) to pick up the items, I explained now by the time I get back home my pizzas would be cold. The store manager said well what do you want me to do about it? I can only re heat them. He has no customer service skills, much less management skills the way I heard him speak to another employee. Do not recommend this store, with plenty of other pizza options in the area you would think they would have better...

Not a good experience. Usually fast delivery & good pizzas. Lately it’s over a 4 hour wait for one pizza… called and a guy answered and told us they are low on staff and won’t be able to deliver for 4 hours… After 4 hours past I had called again and got nothing no apology nothing. No one called us to say the delay in pizza or that 28hrs later the 1 pizza we ordered was still in the oven as said on the tracker… then to have to call again to ask what is happening. Still have not received the refund after 3 days. Not good at all. Terrible customer service and terrible...
