Golden House Vietnamese — Restaurant in Ipswich City

We've been here many times with my husband and little girl food is tasty chief is good that's why we drove from Cornubia to Springfield Lastnight. But unfortunately Last night was bad, a few minutes waiting young waitress come at me I thought she's polite and welcoming the Costumers and says hi how are you but no suddenly she says straight away no dine in. I'm very disappointed they supposed to put sign, so we take out food and eat the table outside coz she said it's fine. And in their site says close at 9:45 pm but the young waitress came out at 9pm and started putting the chairs and tables together while staring us eating and rushing to leave. I'm sorry but it's very very rude this young waitress ruin your business, my husband and me is not happy never going back again here even the food is tasty and never to recommend...

Worst experience from the moment we arrived. The lady at the counter was on her phone while we were waiting to be seated. We waited almost 10 mins for someone to take our order so my partner had to walk to the counter. (Wasn't even sure if it was table service or order from counter because she didn't even greet us properly or speak to us when we arrived) Food was below average, nothing "special" about the Special Fried Rice. Ordered a "house made lemonade" which just tasted like a can of SOLO. Had a Taro Milk Tea, which was warm with soggy pearls. The ONLY good thing was the Strawberry Tea. When we went to the counter to pay the bill, the same girl was sitting on her phone and then asked "Can I help you?" FOOD WAS NOT COOKED FRESH ETC. Very disappointed as Vietnamese noodle salad - meat was stone cold straight out the fridge and not hot like it is suppose to be, it also had no spring rolls. I also bought special fried rice which had 5 tiny prawns, 6 tiny pieces of pork, very little amount of peas, some egg BUT the rest was rice. I ordered this through Uber Eats, girl who answered the phone tried to blame the Uber driver for the quality of food and said get a refund through Uber Eats which I couldn't. The same girl also stated at the end of my conversation in regards to the special fried rice having 98% rice that times are tough and that is the way it is.
