I have ordered twice from this business since moving to the area.

The first time I ordered online & even received a confirmation email for my order. Over an hour later I hadn't received it so I called the store to be told they didn't receive my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with my order as the store owner was so apologetic.

I loved the pizza! This is why they don't get zero stars.

The second time I ordered, I chose to call the store to order to prevent the issue I'd had for my first experience. Young girl took my order for delivery & told me it wouldn't be too long.

....over an hour later I called the store to find out where my order was to be told they didn't have a delivery driver. When I questioned why I wasn't told this when I placed the order the young girl told me that the driver didn't show up. When I asked why I wasn't called since I provided my number with my order to tell me this instead of waiting for pizza that was never going to arrive; I was met with rudeness and extremely poor customer service. The staff member was argumentative and borderline aggressive telling me they were a busy store.

Don't get me wrong, I liked their pizza the first time; however this type of customer service is a complete turn off. If I was respectfully contacted once they realised that they couldn't deliver my order, I would have been fine with that. However I was left waiting for over an hour & I had to call them to be met with this appalling behaviour.

I called at 4 pm. Not during peak period, so there is absolutely no excuse for this disrespect.

I will not be ordering with this business...

Not giving 1 because the food is good. The service.. not so much.

I arrived 15 min after I put an order in on the website (tuesday, so not a rush day) to find when I got there that the pizza hadn't even been made. The person who served me said they "only just got my order" - however I put the order in 15 min prior on the store website. They send an email when the order is placed so I could see it was 15 minutes and not a case of they had "just got my order". I would understand if the store was busy but I was the only person who was in the store during the 12 min (not the 8-10 they then said) I waited further and only 2 pizzas came out of the oven whilst I was waiting. Zero kebabs. They weren't busy. I'd be less annoyed if they admitted they didn't see the order print but to be told "you only just put the order in" really annoyed me. It wasn't my fault it wasn't ready and it wasn't because I showed up too quickly. 15 min is more than enough to have the pizza made and at least in the oven on a slow night - most places will have it cooked as well. It's not a good customer experience when a company makes a mistake and they blame the customer. At least own the mistakes, they happen but don't blame the customer.

I've bought from the store a number of times in the past for delivery. It will be a good while before I do, if...

Tossed up between 3 and 4 stars. The wings pushed it up to 4 in the end.

We got three large pizzas (12 inch) at about $14 each I think. They throw in a free 1.25L drink (or garlic bread) for that - which is good. 2 pizzas were "make your own" which includes 6 topping choices (you need to add cheese as one of them if you want it) - which is also good I think. I reckon the base was the best part of the pizza - not too fat, but still nice and fluffy and almost light. Toppings were plentiful but not over the top either - they didn't drown it in stuff, but it was still good coverage and right up near the edge. Sauce was tasty, but also not overdone. The only problem was that the toppings were really bland - like hardly any flavour at all. Even the pepperoni with anchovies.

Chicken wings came in at $8.95 for 8 pieces (8 joints, not 8 whole wings), which is pretty standard. They were really well cooked though (juicy, but still fell off the bone easily) and the bbq sauce was nice.

Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful and the lady who delivered the pizza was nice too...!

I tried ordering with menulog and eatnow, but both wouldn't allow a delivery to my address even though surrounding suburbs were ok... so...
