Well thought out water park that is free to access. While there is no 'pool' to swim in, there are plenty of water jets to play under. There's public toilets and the usual park amenities. Picnic tables under shade, 1 bbq (that I know of). Log swing, flying fox, a climbing tower/slide combo, and in a forest setting, you will find two forts. One red and one blue - just for those epic water balloon battles. The only thing I don't like - is the use of bark chips under the swings. Bring your swimmers, sandals and sunscreen.

What a great public park. Has alot of amazing things for the kids to do and see. The hopping stones are very interesting and fun. Particularly with the water that runs through the bottom of the making a maze. The kids loved the tall and fast slide with climbing frame upto it. A great forest, shade area to play in too. Great facilities available, water fountains in several locations and also an outdoor gym available too if you like. Take a picnic and enjoy the day, plenty of shade available.

A wonderful place for a family bbq, get together or a walk along the boardwalk next to the river. The water play area and many pieces of playground equipment will be a hit with kids of any age. The park is lovingly and meticulously maintained - clean and today. The toilets were the same - not manky like many other public amenities. Information on local First Nations peoples was appropriate, sensitive and fascinating.

Great little park find. Hidden away next to Bremer River. It's all new after the floods a few years back. Big area for parties and families look new. (They shut automatically as per the times in the signs). Plenty of tables and bbqs to take your own food. Small car park at the top and walking path along the parks mall water play area for stepping stones or jets for the kids. The water is constantly running so not deep enough for a swim. Again more tables with shade and BBQ. Then down to a double flying fox and exercise equipment. Def a good hr or so play here with kids. Next time I will take bbq...

Beautiful park located next the Bremer River. Park has all the following; lots of parking (including disability parking), public toilets (including disability toilets), walking tracks aside the Bremer River, waterplay area suitable for young children, climbing equipment attached to large slide, flying fox, bbqs, large areas of undercover seating, water bubblers, forested area with two tree houses, variety of swings suitable for different age groups, grassed areas suitable for a picnic, fig trees galore, signage informing the public about the area. Definately...

Bob Gamble Park is an absolute favourite for families! This park has something for everyone, from the amazing water play area and adventure playground for the kids to beautiful picnic spots for relaxing. The water features are perfect for hot days, and there’s plenty of shade around to stay cool. With walking trails and open spaces, it’s ideal for a day out with family or friends. The park is clean, well-maintained, and safe, making it a top spot for a fun and stress-free day outdoors. Highly recommend for anyone...
