Cracked Pepper Cafe — Restaurant in Kadina

Owner is extremely Rude, bad mouthing paying customers behind thier back (or so she thought) for asking a simple question to which she already gave a rude reply and Didn't realise that we were still in the shop. Have heard similar roumers around town but thought we would pay a visit and give them the benifit of doubt as you can't trust what you hear along the grapevine, Only to have it shoved back in our face. Unfortunately what people are saying In the local community is true on this occasion. Sad when locals can't even support local business without incidents like this regularly occuring.. The old owner did a wonderful job in establishing the business only to have it taken over by someone like this, prices have gone up & customer service and satisfaction...

Honestly it was horrible, we walked in exited for a bite. First red flag the girl serving didn’t have a clue what was happening, 2nd red flag they told us were to sit then they told someone else to sit at our table 3RD RED FLAG my mothers food came out she asked for “ferm hard eggs” she got sloppy raw eggs, she took at back and when it came back out it was slightly more cooked still raw though. We had lunch in there yesterday and what a carry on with one staff and the owner, the owner went off at the staff member for no reason then she shut the shop mind you it was lunch time this is not very appropriate behaviour for a boss. I think I will think twice before going back we have been going there for about 2years now and never had this happen. Think they need to lift there game not the staff...
