Wasn't mad on the pastie or potato cake needed a tiny bit longer in the fryer the party pie and donut were good. toilets clean tables cleaned but out the front door and windows was like scene from the arachnophobia movie with Jeff daniels so many cobwebs never seen a Broom in its life I reckon and obviously it's the 1st thing you see don't give a great 1st impression the bins were all pretty full as well or some were overfollowing. Service is slow was not happy I payed cash but there was a surcharge .5% on eftpos talk about mix messaging I spent $40.20 gave a $50 and 4 5cents Sorry I speak the truth. they also had a atm in the building. I went in at 7.00 am to buy a coffee scroll and the lady told me they weren't ready and to come back at nine am. Their opening hours are from five am. and all of the trays of food were still left in the display from the day before. It was just awful presentation. On previous visits the bread roll was torn in half, and the pastry in the quiche was broken. The dough itself is good from the bread, doughnuts and coffee scroll which I managed to buy on a previous visit at 7 am. Which is why I returned. And that's why I rated two instead of one star, but the sausage rolls and quiche filling were unpleasant to eat and the outdoor chairs need replacement. They could do a lot...

Alway extremely slow service. Staff are reluctant to smile and leave me with a feeling they would prefer to be somewhere else. Used, dirty utensils always left lying around cluttering tables and window sills. Seating crammed into small area making it difficult to maneuver. Pricing of their goods make me creluctant to pop in very often at all. Just another HALF DECENT Pie and cake shop in Kerang as competition might be enough to put a rocket under management. Get happier and quicker moving staff. Keep the floor area open and clean. Price goods within the common man's pocket. Then you'll have peopke queuing...
