I just wanted to say what a wonderful job you’re doing taking over the management for caramels! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the coffee and food is ALWAY incredible.
I also wanted to share that my husband and I were totally OK with a weekend surcharge! It seems only reasonable to expect cafes or any services that open on a weekend to have a small increase in price to cover their extra costs. I’m grateful we live in a country that recognizes and recompenses unsocial hours and we’re more than happy to support this with a small surcharge. You’re sacrificing your weekends and having to pay staff high weekend wages.

Prices have increased dramatically on coffees and meals, they are charging extra if you use eftpos and charging extra on weekends. It’s not a friendly environment any more either.
