I went in as I had a voucher the lady was being super rude and said it was expired. My friend used the same voucher. When I explained that I didn't know and that I got it on the grand opening because I missed out on the day. She didn't seem to care and was being nasty. I asked if I could speak to the manager or owner. She started saying a comment that she's the owner and manager and said don't know hate that when it happens. I brought a drink for my daughter that was leaking. I asked for a new plastic cup to pour the drink into, so one of the workers took the drink and was going to pour it in a replacement cup. The manager came over and said my daughter must have split the cup when opening the seal, which I accepted as possibly being true. She then said it wouldn’t be replaced as it was our fault, by which time they had poured the drink down the sink. I didn’t want the entire drink replaced - all I asked for what a replacement cup !
