Worst Coffee Club I have ever been in, I’m taking into account that they were busy or I would have given it less stars. First I was served luck warm coffee. The customer is always right but not in this place. The coffee maker actually stuck a thermometer into my coffee as if my word was not good enough. Then we had to wait twenty minutes for a piece of toast. And then it was served without butter. All round a really bad experience.

Just went here for breakfast for the first time. Very neat and tidy compared to other coffee clubs and the service was expectional. Gino brought out my food and checked in on me, he really was wonderful, sweet and amazing at making me feel comfortable while here. The other staff were also sweet and courteous. I didnt expect this when I went here this morning. Wow :)

This has to be the worst coffee club I have visited- the chef I will use this term lightly- fails to get a basic salad correct What a muppet it was more like a crouton salad - save your money folks and go elsewhere- I hate subway but this joint makes them look good.

The staff at the coffee club are outstanding. I went for coffee with a friend and we both have babies. My son started to get upset, as I was trying to calm him I noticed his smile growing and him laughing because of the lady behind the counter interacting with him. Saved me from dealing with a melt down. Phew!

Our coffees came out promptly. My son then decided he wanted to be held instead of be in the high chair. Without thinking with my over-tired/stressed brain, I put him on my lap for him to, in a split second, grab the mug of coffee and it went everywhere including on him. Our beautiful hot coffee with gorgeous art all over the table, floor, myself and baby. In the shock of it all I didn’t know what to do first. Thankfully the staff came over and got to work cleaning up, offering whatever they could to help. I left my friend and the mess to the girls while I took my son to the toilets to be cleaned up and check the burns. He was fine, I was a mess. The staff asked my friend if I was okay while I was gone I came back to a beautiful fresh coffee. I was so damn grateful for that! the way the shituation was handled meant that I could relax and stress less. They reassured all of my apologies that I needn’t be sorry. So I sipped my divine tasting coffee while another one of the ladies popped over to chat to my son while he babbled away at them. I peered over to another crying baby beginning to calm because the staff were interacting with her. Ahhhh blisss! What other place would give such amazing service?? I can’t wait to come back for another coffee. Hopefully...

Excellent Staff - Coffee Club, Lakelands, WA.

To Whom It May Concern.

Re: Excellent Staff - Coffee Club, Lakelands, WA.

I regularly attend the Coffee Club at the Lakelands, WA, along with friends, and partake in coffee and food.

I bring to your attention my appreciation of staff members - Gino (owner), Tamara (Manager), Casey (Duty Manager), Nin (Barista Magnific), Brianna, Zuviela, Anna, Elle, Sam and all other Staff.

These people are special, with excellent service, friendly attitude, always smiling, very helpful, nothing too hard for them and make customers feel very welcome. The Staff appear to be hand picked for these positions.

This appreciation also extends to staff members (Chefs, etc.) working behind the scenes. Without them customers would not be able partake in the high quality food and beverages.

People are very quick to criticise when one does something wrong, but are not very forthcoming to praise people when they do a job well done.

In conclusion, the staff here are a credit to themselves and the...

After visiting this particular Coffee Club having several pleasant dining experiences (we have actually recommend this one to friends), my partner and I had a late lunch last Saturday. We were tempted by the sign advertising their meal specials. We ordered and patiently waited for our meals, smashed avo and feta toast with poached egg and a ham, cheese and tomato toastie minus the ham. We were extremely disappointed with the food we were served. Firstly with the poached egg the yolk was overcooked, the egg white was well under cooked, runny and overall the egg was tiny (we thought it was maybe quail egg). Secondly, the toastie was not only minus the ham, as ordered, but also minus the cheese and tomato...we pretty much just got two very thick slices of toast, we were to say the least very disappointed with this...
